市面上最常見的角蛋白質食品，以乾燥型態流通。轉換後的角蛋白質依人們熟悉的原形食物列印成形，製成牛排、五花肉、魚排與水煮蛋等品項；成形後經乾燥處理，便於運送與保存，購買後浸水還原即可烹調。未經染色，保留角蛋白原料本色。

The most common keratein food on the market, sold in dried form. Converted keratein is printed into the shapes of familiar whole foods, such as steak, pork belly, fish fillet and boiled egg, then dried for transport and storage, and rehydrated in water before cooking. It is undyed and keeps the natural color of its keratin raw material.
